The Work So Far…
MVTCF recently sponsored a successful holiday gift drive to support the “grandfamilies” of Plaza West Apartments, ensuring all 81 children at this unique property in our community for grandparents raising grandchildren were able to have at least one gift this holiday season. And thanks to a significant donation from local musician, writer, educator, entrepreneur, and philanthropist Myrna Sislen, MVTCF will sponsor the eventual donation of the “Star Court Pavilion” sculptural artwork and shaded seating structure that will be the future anchor of Cobb Park.
