In an effort to identify opportunities for continuous and consistent east-west bicycling accommodations through the NoMa and Mount Vernon Triangle neighborhoods, the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) recently conducted an in-depth study to assist with the formulation of multiple plans for bicycle improvements.
