About Mount Vernon Triangle CID
Since 2004, the Mount Vernon Triangle Community Improvement District (MVT CID) has redefined what it means to live in the centrally located East End of Washington, DC. Our team is constantly working to ensure that your experience in our neighborhood is the best and most memorable that it can possibly be. We do so by providing clean and safe services, organizing community events, promoting economic development opportunities, and mobilizing public support toward a common vision for community needs (such as safe and reliable transportation and mobility options and additional greenspace), and serving as a trusted liaison with local, federal, and non-profit partners to address neighborhood challenges when they arise.

- Open year-round, Mount Vernon Triangle hosts one of the area’s best and fastest-growing outdoor farmers markets. More than just a place to visit and shop, the FRESHFARM MVT Market has become a popular Saturday destination and an opportunity to share in the special joy of being together with neighbors and pets.
- Community in Mount Vernon Triangle is fostered when we create opportunities for neighbors to gather and engage. Mount Vernon Triangle is known for its fun, family-friendly events. Mount Vernon Triangle Community Improvement District
The MVT CID will hold its Annual Meeting on Wednesday, June 8 at L’Hommage Bistro Francais at 450 K Street, NW. Breakfast and networking begin at 9 AM with the formal program starting at 9:30 AM. The annual meeting provides an opportunity for CID business owners and residents to network with one another and with MVT CID Board Members, leaders and staff, and to learn about the year’s initiatives and programs. Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development, Brian T. Kenner, will keynote the meeting, with remarks from MVT CID President and CEO, Kenyattah Robinson, and Clean Team award presentation by Councilmember Charles Allen. We invite the Mount Vernon Triangle community to join us as we celebrate our FY 2015 accomplishments, recognize the Clean Team Ambassadors, release the FY 2015 Annual Report, elect the FY 2017 slate of board members and announce the Public Service Award winner.
